1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Weddose ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Weddose is a multi-tenant SaaS platform providing wedding planning tools including guest list management, budget tracking, event coordination, website building, seating charts, vendor management, photo galleries, and related features.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
  • One person may not maintain multiple free accounts.

4. Subscription Plans & Payment

  • Free Tier: Basic access with usage limits.
  • Paid Tiers (Plus, Elite): Higher limits and premium features. Billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
  • Billing: Subscriptions auto-renew. Cancel anytime from account settings.
  • Refunds: No refunds for partial billing periods. Access retained until end of current period.
  • Price Changes: 30 days notice for existing subscribers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
  • Upload malicious content or engage in spamming.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to other users' accounts.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
  • Use automated tools to scrape or harvest data.
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization.

6. User Content & Intellectual Property

  • Your Content: You retain ownership. You grant Weddose a limited license to store, display, and process your content to provide the Service.
  • Our Content: All Weddose branding, code, design, and templates are owned by Weddose.
  • Feedback: Suggestions may be used without obligation.

7. Collaborator Access

Wedding owners can invite collaborators. The owner is responsible for their collaborators' actions.

8. Data & Privacy

Your use is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Service Availability & Disclaimers

Service provided "as is" without warranties. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Weddose shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability limited to amount paid in preceding 12 months.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Weddose from claims arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Account Cancellation & Termination

  • By You: Cancel anytime. Data remains accessible in read-only mode.
  • By Us: We may suspend or terminate for Terms violations.
  • Data Deletion: Request via [email protected].

13. Governing Law & Disputes

Governed by laws of the State of California, USA. Disputes resolved through binding arbitration.

14. Changes to Terms

Material changes communicated via email or in-app notification. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
